Maple-Broiled Grapefruit with Yogurt and Hempseed
If you've only enjoyed grapefruit ice-cold from the fridge, you're in for a treat. The temperature contrast elevates this quick pairing with almost no extra effort.
To make: Halve a Ruby Red or pink cocktail grapefruit. Circle each segment with a serrated spoon or the tip of a paring knife to loosen. Drizzle generously with maple syrup, then broil on a foil-lined baking sheet until just starting to char.
Dollop a cool mound of yogurt on top. Sprinkle with hempseed.
