Team Yogurt Tasting Notes:

Flavor is clean, with a pleasant but not overwhelming tartness. There's a surprising, pronounced butteriness, as though you can actually taste the fat. (Do you want to taste the fat? That's up to you.) Color is snow white and completely opaque. Texture is extremely thick on the tongue, and rather than being slippery-smooth, there's a faint nubbiness. Those used to ultra-whipped, fluffy, or cloudlike textures will have to adjust. Makes big, heavy, impressive scoops with a spoon.

Verdict: Great for garnishing a pie or a small bowl of chocolate mousse. So thick that we wouldn't down a big bowl of it. 4 out of 5 Team Yogurt cups.
