Labneh with Strawberries + Pomegranate Molasses
Dessert? Breakfast? Snack? Yes, yes, and yes. If you've been waiting for a reason to buy a bottle of pomegranate molasses from your local Middle Eastern grocery, wait no longer. Even if this is the only way you use it (it won't be), it'll be worth it.
To make: Spread a thin layer of labneh (or even Greek yogurt, if you prefer) in a wide, shallow bowl. Drizzle liberally with pomegranate molasses. Serve with strawberries.
