New York based TAMIKA ADJEMIAN is master food preserver who teaches all forms of food preservation, from canning to fermentation to yogurtmaking. She is a recipe developer and project consultant for Ball Jars / Jarden Home Brands. She also teaches Edible
Education programs for New York City camps, including the 92nd Street Y, where she encourages youth to be involved in the garden-to-kitchen experience.
